OWNER & PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
KRISSY ROWE, NCIDQ
Krissy Rowe is an NCIDQ-certified designer with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Clover Park Technical College. Her background spans commercial architecture, high-end residential new construction, and full-scale remodels—experience that shaped both her technical precision and her belief that design is as emotional as it is aesthetic.
She founded Aurora Interiors in 2020 to bring that belief to life. For Krissy, design begins with listening. Clear, grounded communication is the heart of her process—learning who her clients are, what they need, and how they want to feel in their homes. It’s what allows their personalities to be present in the final space, and what turns a project into something deeply personal.
Krissy is driven by the simple truth that environment shapes emotion. The way a room feels matters. The psychology behind design matters. And creating spaces that feel safe, intentional, and beautiful is her way of helping people live more fully in their own lives.
When she isn’t designing or dreaming up new concepts, she’s with her husband Phillip, their doggo Otis and their two cats, Sylvester and Junebug.
LEAD INTERIOR DESIGNER
BONNIE LEON, AAS-T
Bonnie earned her AAS-T degree in Interior Design from Clover Park Technical College, though her passion for design began long before. She knew at eleven years old that she wanted to be a designer and has always been drawn to the way a space feels; its atmosphere, lighting, and quiet harmony. Spatial planning, thoughtful details, and the psychology of how environments shape our wellbeing fascinated her long before she knew the terms for them. For Bonnie, design isn’t something she chose; it’s simply how she sees the world.
She loves curating spaces that bring comfort, functionality, and beauty into everyday life. Bonnie prides herself on creating expressive, one-of-a-kind designs, blending vintage character with current trends. With a sharp eye for detail and a natural sense for spatial flow, she’s always seeking fresh inspiration and new perspectives.
Outside of design, Bonnie enjoys spending time with her husband, their children, and their two cats. She loves cozy days at home, sunshine and travel, board games, puzzles, gaming, makeup, shopping, fashion, and cars.
JUNIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
WHITNEY ANDERSON, AAS-T
Whitney earned her AAS-T degree in Interior Design from Clover Park Technical College, but before pursuing design she spent much of her early years working toward a career in nursing. It wasn’t until her first year of nursing school that she realized her true passion was in design. Whitney has a natural talent for transforming spaces into thoughtful, functional, and inspiring environments. She loves creating interiors that reflect her clients’ unique vision while maximizing comfort and purpose, and she approaches every project with creativity, care, and intentionality.
When she’s not designing, Whitney brings the same sense of creativity and joy into her home life. She loves spending time with her boyfriend, Forrest, and their cats, Stewie and Marley, and finds joy in baking, turning it into a creative way to connect with loved ones
