✔️ After design is complete, your contractor needs time to bid the project, align schedules, and prep for demo.
✔️ If the bid comes back over budget, we may need to adjust selections—which takes time, too.
Starting now allows for thoughtful design, smart budgeting, and a seamless handoff to your contractor—without rushing or compromising your vision.

If you start now, here’s what your timeline would be looking like:
Weeks 1-2: Start an inquiry through our website
Book your consultation and the design convo starts!
Weeks 2-10: Design Phase
Measuring, Pricing, Drawing, and choosing selections!
Weeks 10-12: Find a contractor
Contractor bidding & revisions! They would start construction the second week of August!
Weeks 12-16: Cabinet Material & Ordering
Cabinet lead times can be 10–16 weeks depending on the brand. Tile, lighting, and plumbing fixtures also need to be ordered ASAP to avoid delays.
COMPLETION WOULD BE AROUND THE END OF OCTOBER
